Pitti Uomo 96: A Week of Sprezzatura
During June, we visited the Pitti Uomo convention in Florence. Through this post, you can follow our journey into the heart of Italian style.
During this edition of Pitti Uomo, both the temperature and sense of style reached a very high level. The theme was called "click", and referred to an increased creativity. Clearly brighter, patterned frescoes and linen fabrics were very common. This, along with a wide, peak lapel double breasted jacket and loafers make a perfect summer combination that maintains an elegant impression. Layer with a shirt of subtle pattern underneath, such as striped and create a more interesting look.
Here we can see one of our representatives from Hammargruppen, Mikael, wearing a beige three piece linen suit from Kanaljen, paired with a pair of wonderful Crockett & Jones Savile Monk shoe with a single had finished buckle made in dark brown crocodile leather. Truly, a wonderful combination that infuses breathable fabrics and keep you cool throughout the day.
