Before you change / return

Contact us before returning the product. 

Pack up and send both goods and packaging back to us in the same condition as you received them: undamaged, clean and with tags and / or packaging on.

If you bought during a promotion and received a gift, you must also return this.

You are responsible for return costs. Exchanges / returns sent against cash on delivery are not redeemed.

HOW TO CHANGE:

1. Fill in the return form, write which item, or size you want to change to.

2. Pack the goods to be sent in return together with the return form

The return is normally processed within 2-3 working days after we receive the return package. The money will be refunded as soon as the return has been processed. Please note that it may take 1-3 working days before the money is back in your account after a refund from us.

PAID BY INVOICE?

If you have chosen invoice as the payment method and are to send one or more products in return, you can wait to pay the invoice until the return shipment has been processed. You do not receive a new invoice after return, but pay via the original invoice for the purchase. 

You can too log in to Klarna to see updated invoice amount. Here you can also extend your due date on return, so that you do not receive a reminder before the return is complete.
