1. Terms and Conditions

Hammargruppen AB (Hammargruppen), org no 556710-7502, applies both the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To place an order, you must be of legal age, 18 years old, or have the consent of a guardian. Hammargruppen reserves the right to refuse purchases. 

Hammargruppen delivers products internationally.

2. Reservation

Hammargruppen reserves for changes in the range and cannot be held responsible for delivering out-of-stock or expired product. Hammargruppen also has the right to remove goods from the range before the purchase is completed. 

Hammargruppen further reserves itself for any printing errors on this website. With regard to images and associated captions for our products, we do not guarantee that they accurately reflect the actual appearance of the product.

3. Ordering

Order of Hammargruppens products can be made via www.hammargruppen.see, email or phone. Incoming orders are answered with a written order confirmation via mail. The order is binding as soon as you have received an order confirmation. If you have made an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately. If you want to change your order, you can only do so before the order has left our warehouse. 

All goods remain Hammargruppens property until the company has received full payment. 

Should an item not be in stock, we will contact you and note it down. When we receive the remaining quoted item, we will send it to you. If you do not want the remaining listed item, you can always contact Hammargruppen and cancel it.

4. Prices


All prices are stated including Swedish VAT, currently 25% and are stated in Swedish kronor. Hammargruppen  reserves the right to make VAT increases and other price changes that we cannot control. Hammargruppen therefore reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors. Fee for shipping and any postal advance fee or invoice fee will be added. 



The shipping cost for orders within Sweden is SEK 100. Orders with an order value exceeding SEK 500 are sent free of charge. We send our products with Schenker where you have the opportunity to pick up your package at one of our retailers or at your nearest postal agent. 

5. Payment

Online Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card payment is made via Klarna or Paypal.

We offer invoice payment via Klarna. At this payment option the goods are sent to your registered address. No billing fee applies. See Clear Terms here.

Part payment

We offer part payment via Klarna. The partial payment options offered can be found at checkout. You can pay the entire debt at any time during the installment period. See Clear Terms here.

Cash on delivery

You pay at the post office when you pick up your package. Postpayment fee will be added.

6. Delivery


Normal delivery time is 3-7 working days. If deviations occur, we will contact you. Shoes ordered via Crowdsource with timer are delivered season after order placed. If the order is placed, for example, in the spring, the shoe will be delivered in the autumn and vice versa. 


If delivery delays arise for any reason, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, you as a customer have the right to cancel purchases in the event of extensive delivery delays.

There may be situations that make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example if our suppliers cannot fulfill their commitments to us. Hammargruppen reserves the right to indemnify yourself from compensation to you in such situations or in the event of delivery delay.

one level up

If your package and / or its contents are transport damaged when you receive, you must immediately report it in place. 


All our packages are insured and are reimbursed in the event of loss during shipping.

7. Warranty

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you have problems with a product, you should of course contact us.

Normally you are responsible for shipping costs to our service workshop. The receipt for paid goods applies as a guarantee part. Therefore, always save the receipt during the warranty period.

8. Ångerrätt

Hammargruppen applies the Distance Selling Act. This means that you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal (return or exchange) without special reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item or a significant part of it. Right of withdrawal from the Consumer Purchase Act. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The item must be returned in unchanged condition, in the original packaging together with filled in RMA. Hammargruppen reserves the right to charge you if something is missing, such as a shoe bag. 
Hammargruppen reserves the right to charge for depreciation of the product if the consumer uses or handles the product in a way that is not necessary to examine it.

Hammargruppen does not provide a right of withdrawal for the purchase of specially ordered products, such as specials from the chosen manufacturer, shoes from Crowdsource or Group Made to Order, as well as goods that have been modified to your wishes, such as the fitting of iron or spar sole.


Please contact us before returning the product. You are responsible for return costs yourself. Returns sent against postage are not triggered. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt and approval of your return. The refund is made in the same way and to the same account you used at the time of purchase. 


In the event of a change you have the right to buy a new item for each returned item. You are responsible for return costs yourself. Any difference is refunded. Please contact us before returning the product. Returns sent against postage are not triggered.

9. Complaint

Hammargruppen applies the Consumer Purchase Act for complaints. If you want to advertise a product, you must notify us within two months of you noticing the error. Next, we will make an assessment of your complaint and, in the first instance, correct the error. If the error cannot be corrected, we will replace you with a new product. If we are unable to replace you with a new product, you have the right to cancel the purchase and get the money back. Always fill in the return form and submit it with your package.

Remember not to redeem packages with visible errors that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. If so, make a complaint to Schenker directly at the drop-off point and ask them to send the package back to Hammargruppen and write the reason for the return on the package. 

10. Unresolved packages

If for any reason you do not redeem your package, you will have to pay the costs for shipping and any postage. Unredeemed packages are charged a fee which is charged in arrears. In the event of non-payment, the requirements for debt collection service are unconditionally forwarded. No exceptions are made.

11. Complaint

In case of complaints or comments regarding Hammargruppens products or services contact info @hammargruppen.see. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your case, you are welcome to contact the General Complaints Board (ARN) at www.arn.se. We always follow ARN's recommendations. 

12. Cookies

According to the Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003, anyone who visits a website must be notified if cookies are used. When you visit this site, cookies are stored on your computer. These cookies are so-called session cookies and are used to keep track of your login (if you are logged in) and your customer basket when you shop. Session cookies are not stored on your computer for an extended period of time, but disappear when you close your browser.

If you do not accept the use of cookies, you can set your browser to automatically deny cookies or to inform you if a website uses cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will not be able to shop, as the customer basket and login require cookies to work. However, you can look around the store without having cookies enabled.
